Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment where possible.

This will allow ample time for completion of any paperwork requested by your specialist.

It is essential that you bring all appointment related matters along with you, including:

• Referral letter from your GP, or other referring doctor
• Medicare Card
• Private Health Insurance details if applicable
• DVA Card if applicable
• Pension Card if applicable
• Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans and any other relevant information that you feel may be important.

Our specialists recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these can cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.

To cancel an appointment

Please telephone the main rooms of your specialist  or our office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice, so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
